I have been studying the effects of Cranial Sacral Therapy for the last seven years.  My Nephew who has been diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome was the first of  fifteen children in our family to be treated.   The results that were accomplished by this therapy were amazing.    We watched our children become free of  Migraines, AD/HD and Asthma.   as well as becoming more focused.  I needed to know more and I needed to know how I could be a practitioner.  I have taken Courses in Cranial Sacral Techniques given by graduates from the Upledger Institute and my latest Course completion was Brain Therapy for Children and Adults given by Dr. Barry Gillespie.   (www.healingyourchild.com)

I also work with families in implementing a healthy lifestyle.  I have been doing this for the past seven years.  After my own experiences with changing my family's habits,  I wanted to share the knowledge I had with others.   I have had tremendous results with a whole and natural way of eating and have helped families that thought they had no way out bring health, wellness and peace into their homes. 

I have a hard time with the word DIET!!  I think like most people when I hear the word a mental block goes up and I am doomed to fail.  Instead of hearing I am in control.  I have choices this is about lifestyle and the way I live.   It’s all about choice.   I can help you make better choices for you and your family.
